HOTEL POLICY AND RULES

Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Each case of smoking in the room is subject to a fine of AMD 50,000.
Child policy: accommodation of one child under the age of 6 with parents is free of charge.
Hotel Visitor Policy: Visitors must leave the hotel before 23:00, or they must register as hotel guests and pay the room rate (room 10 000 AMD.
Document policy: For the safety of the residents, as well as according to legal regulations, each guest must present a valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) at check-in.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Сancellation policy

Basic rule: if the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, the guest will be charged a fine in the amount of the first day.

Non-refundable rule: for any cancellation period, the guest will be charged a fine in the amount of the full cost of the reservation.
